Job Description:

-Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
-Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirements:
·University degree qualification, preferring degree in business administration, marketing, or
Engineering.
·Have at least three years’ experience in a similar job.
·Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
·Excellent MS-Office computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
·Good negotiation and sales skills.
